The earth anchor is driven into the soil vertically. After insertion, the earth anchor is pulled to a horizontal position so as to increase the pressure load capacity. 

Tellusloc Co., Ltd. warrants the Products will meet the Customers’ published specifications and shall be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 12 months starting from the time of shipment of the Products.    Tellusloc Co., Ltd. makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, written or oral, arising by law, out of any course of dealing or performance, custom, industry standard or otherwise, as to any matter whatever, including, without limitation, warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, the Products’ condition, quality, safety, or performance, their merchantability or their fitness for any particular use, all of which are hereby expressly disclaimed. The Customers’ sole and exclusive remedy under this Limited Product Warranty will be limited to either repair of the Products or replacement of the Products. No other warranty is given by Tellusloc Co., Ltd. and no representation, warranty or affirmation of any employee, contractor, agent, distributor or any other person actually or purporting to represent Tellusloc Co., Ltd. by word or action, will constitute a warranty and such word or action does not, and will not, expand or change the express warranty given in this Limited Warranty.
